GrabBite ('the Company') values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. Note: this document is a reference template and should be legally reviewed before launch.

1. Information we collect

Email, name, reservation and order history, location (when using nearby deals), and service usage records.

2. How we use it

Account management, reservation and order processing, pickup guidance, customer support, service improvement, and marketing (with consent).

3. Third-party processing

Data storage and auth are handled by Supabase and email by Resend. Each processes only the minimum information necessary.

4. Retention

We retain data for the period required by law or until the purpose is fulfilled, then securely delete it.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact support@grabbite.app.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Because payment happens in person at the store, the Company does not collect or store card or payment details.
